The Pine Ridge Plantation HOA Board are looking to recruit a committee of no less than three members to make up a Fines Committee to meet one time per month, as needed, to assist in the levy of fines for escalated violations within the community. These individuals may not be related to a Board Member nor will they serve on the Board.
